Ordering:

What is a pre-order? How does this work?

At Birhaan, all of our products are handmade just for you! We offer pre-orders for items that are not currently in stock and we will start production once we receive your order request. We will notify you along the process and once the item has shipped. 

What does “In Stock” mean? What is the difference between “In Stock” & “Pre-order”?   

When we list items as “In stock” it means we have that item available to ship once your order is placed. If items are not available in-stock and only “ pre- order” is showing, we will be able to make the dress once your order is placed.  Typically, our dresses take up to 6 weeks to produce.

I have a design in mind. Would you be able to help me get this dress made?

We would be happy to assist you in getting this dress made. Send us an email at info@birhaan.com including a picture of the dress, size, and we will respond with a quote for the dress.   

I am shopping for a special occasion (wedding, christening, graduation).  Can I speak with someone directly to answer my questions?

We would love to hear from you and would be happy to be a part of your special occasion! Email us at info@birhaan.com for additional assistance. 

I’m interested in ordering zurias for my entire bridal party. Do you offer this service?

Yes! For production purposes, it’s important for us to receive this request in one order. We recommend you include the Bride's name and any supporting information in the order.

What sizes do you offer?

Our dresses range from XS to 3X. We believe traditional wear looks good on everyone!

I want to order a dress but can’t figure out my size?

To make it easy and offer you the best fit, we carry our dresses in standard sizing. Check out our detailed Size Guide HERE.

Return & Exchange: 

We’re sorry you didn’t love your Birhaan purchase.

We accept online merchandise returns via mail only. Returns and exchanges are accepted if Return Merchandise Authorization is obtained within 5 calendar days of delivery, excluding items marked as “Non-returnable”. Items must be in original condition with tags attached, and will not be accepted if they have been used, washed, damaged or altered in any way.

 Merchandise that cannot be returned or exchanged:

· Special custom ordered items such as custom size, custom color and custom styles

it is important to note that majority of our clothing are pre-ordered and don’t have stock dresses, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, the materials cannot be reused once the dress is created. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Please note:

· All returned items will have a 30% restocking fee applied to the full purchase price of the dress.

· Shipping and rush order costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

· If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you.

· Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

· Returned items will void any promotional codes or other special offers. Any merchandise purchased using a promotional code or other special offers will be charged the full retail price.

Cancellation Policy:

Processing begins as soon as an order has been placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please feel free to contact us at info@birhaan.com

· All merchandise orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

· Standard order canceled after 24 hours will be eligible for a partial refund of 70% of item price.

· Custom order canceled after 24 hours will be eligible for a partial refund of 30% of item price.

· Once an order begins the shipment process we're unable to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items 

Before the shipment, we carefully inspect the orders for correct style, size, color, and defects and then immediately ship the merchandise to the customer. Upon receipt, the customer must inspect your merchandise immediately. If you feel your merchandise is damaged or mis-shipped, you must contact us within 5 days of when the item is delivered for a return authorization info@birhaan.com . Please explain in detail your issue or concern.

If we determine that your claim of a defect is valid, our customer service department will issue you a return merchandise authorization number. All merchandise must be returned in the condition it was sent (brand new with tags attached and unworn). Once received, our customer representative will inspect the merchandise for defects and, if applicable, repair or replace your merchandise. If we find that the merchandise is not damaged or has been misused, the merchandise will be shipped back to you. We will incur shipping charges on defective merchandise, but we will NOT incur shipping charges on merchandise that is found not defective or misused.
